MGC Inc. consists of two divisions: Building Maintenance and Project Management. The Building Maintenance Division can address all your Building Maintenance needs. We have completed thousands of work orders from minor repairs to major ones.

The Construction Project Management Division can serve your larger project needs, from concept to completion. We have managed small to large projects, including but not limited to building surface and stuctural restorations, re-roofing, and re-paint. Construction consulting services are also available. We provide this service because we have found that a short amount of time in meeting with Board Members and their Property Manager can help focus their attention on the steps to take to make a project happen with results that they can expect.

At MGC Inc. we utilize modern construction practices, materials, and equipment with old fashioned pride in workmanship. All work is supervised and confirmed when completed. From the office to the jobsite we efficiently track, monitor, and execute every request received. Through our information system, we can quickly review current and past activity by address and/or project as needed. Our system also provides detailed invoices and billing statements.
